Registration

Registration Procedure:
Registration begin in the month of February and March
Eligible Ages for:
Pre schoolers
Preps 2.4 yrs i.e. the child must turn 2 years and 4 month before the August academic session
Kindergarten I: 3.4
Kindergarten II: 4.4
Limited seats are available in the Primary and Secondary sessions
Ranging from class 1 to IX

For registration parents may contact the school office during working hours between 9:00 am to 1 pm.

In order to register the parent needs to personally approach the school office and purchase a registration pack. Due to the limited spaces in all classes, registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Once the registration is complete and all formalities are attended to, the school will contact the parent to further process the registration.

As soon as the registration formalities are over, the interviewer
procedure will begin.
Pre-schoolers admission will be based on parent interview and assessment.
For primary and secondary students test dates will be scheduled in the month of April.

Parents will be notified of their children’s acceptance through mail (courier) and the list will be posted on the net. Only if the children clear the test the parents will be contacted for an interview.

Following the offer of a place in the term registered a non-refundable Admission fees and term fee must be paid by the specified date as stated in the acceptance letter in order to secure the child’s seat for the following academic session.

Once the admission fee and the term fee are credited to the school account, it is non-refundable and an admission form and an admission form will be filled by the parents to secure the child’s place in the new term.

There are four academic quarters August-October/November-January/February-April/May-July.
